出貨作業時間

關於 Coffee Stopover的咖啡豆:

  • 烘焙完成後進行挑豆、品質測試、包裝出貨,備貨需 3 ~ 7 個工作天(不包含六、日)
  • 訂單的咖啡豆若有現貨,則會以現貨提供,如有烘焙日需求請於下單備註
  • 遇週末及國定假日將順延至下一工作日


商品庫存狀態

  • coffee stopover官網的商品為常態販售,部分品項因數量有限,因此無法及時上架。若想知道是否還有其他少量可在訂購前詢問。
  • 大量訂購時,請等待店家回覆,確認商品是否有現貨及數量後再進行匯款。若發生因金額有誤需要退款的狀況
  • 匯款付款:將於寄送商品時,隨件附上等值現金退還。
    刷卡付款:將直接退刷至原刷卡帳戶,無需另行操作。
  • 為避免作業上的繁複,固定於『每天13:00-19:00確認訂單』,並更改最新狀態。若您有任何問題歡迎直接留言。
  • 商品有可能會遇到沒有生豆的情況!可以選擇退款,或以其他品項做更換。請留意『海外訂單因無法退該國幣值關係,一律以換成其他商品為主』。


商品包裝方式

  • 配方豆皆以1/2磅包裝。若想購買1磅包裝,請訂購時選擇2包1/2磅;若需直接以1磅包裝,請於下單時註明。
  • 單品豆皆以1/4磅包裝。若想購買1/2磅包裝,請訂購時選擇2包1/4磅;若需直接以1/2磅包裝,請於下單時註明。


付款&取貨注意

  • 若選擇以匯款方式付款,皆於確認款項後才會進行出貨。請主動告知匯款後五碼,以便快速出貨。
  • 若選擇超商取貨,請於指定期限內至門市取貨。如有多次未取紀錄,未來將無法使用此方式訂購。如因逾期未取造成包裹退回,若需重新寄送,敬請協助負擔再次寄送運費 120 元。運費將於重新出貨前通知並安排付款方式。

【 運費計算方式 】

  • 台灣本島(新竹貨運配送):單筆運費 NT$120,消費滿 NT$1,500 免運。寄送需3-7天。
  • 台灣離島(新竹貨運配送):單筆運費 NT$120,消費滿 NT$2,000 免運。寄送需3-7天。
  • 香港 順豐配送:單筆運費 NT$180,消費滿 NT$2,500 免運。寄送需3-7天。
  • 澳門 順豐配送:單筆運費 NT$200,消費滿 NT$2,500 免運。寄送需3-7天。

請特別注意:

  • 來電號碼若以「+」、「+2」、「+886」等開頭,請務必提高警覺。
  • 提防來電者偽裝為銀行、法院等單位,或冒用電話號碼進行詐騙。
  • 請勿點擊不明連結、LINE 好友邀請或可疑簡訊。


常見詐騙手法包括:

  • 聲稱「重複下單」或「誤設分期付款」
  • 誘導您操作 ATM 或網路銀行

若對方來電內容涉及金流問題,請您務必直接與您的銀行聯繫,切勿透露任何帳戶資訊。

Terms of Service

Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order to ensure your rights and interests.

Order Processing Time

  • All Coffee Stopover coffee beans are freshly roasted.
  • After roasting, we perform bean sorting, quality testing, and packaging. Processing takes approximately 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Product Availability

  • All products listed on EasyStore are regular offerings. However, due to limited quantities, some items may not be updated in time.
  • If you’re interested in items not currently listed, please feel free to inquire before placing an order.
  • For bulk orders, please wait for our confirmation regarding stock and availability before proceeding with payment.In case of a pricing error resulting in a refund:

         Bank Transfer: Cash will be included in the shipment.

         Credit Card: Refunds will be processed directly back to the original card, no action required.

  • To reduce operational delays, we process and update order statuses daily between 13:00–19:00. If you have any questions, feel free to leave us a message.
  • Some products may become temporarily unavailable due to green bean shortages. In such cases, you may choose a refund or replacement with other items.
  • Please note: For international orders: due to currency conversion limitations, refunds will be processed as product exchanges.

Product Packaging

  • Blends are packaged in 1/2 lb bags. To order 1 lb, please add 2 x 1/2 lb to your cart, or specify “1 lb packaging” in the notes.
  • Single-origin beans are packaged in 1/4 lb bags. To order 1/2 lb, please add 2 x 1/4 lb, or leave a note for direct 1/2 lb packaging.


Payment & Pickup Notes

  • For bank transfers, shipping will only proceed once payment is confirmed.Please notify us of the last 5 digits of your transaction to speed up processing.
  • For FamilyMart pickup, please collect your order within the pickup window.Customers with repeated failed pickups may be restricted from using this option in the future.If your order is returned due to late pickup and requires reshipping, a NT$120 shipping fee will apply. You will be notified in advance to arrange payment.

【 Local Delivery (Taiwan) 】

  • Home delivery via HCT Logistics or FamilyMart Store Pickup
  • Orders exceeding store pickup size or weight limits will be canceled by the system. Please reorder using a suitable delivery method.We do not support scheduling specific delivery times.
  • Currently available for Hong Kong and Macau.
  • If your country is not listed, please email us at coffeestopoverblack@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you with shipping options and fees.
【 Shipping Rates 】
  • Taiwan (main island): NT$120 per order. Free shipping on orders over NT$1,500.
  • Taiwan (offshore islands): NT$120 per order. Free shipping on orders over NT$2,000.
  • Hong Kong: NT$180 per order via SF Express. Free shipping on orders over NT$2,500.
  • Macau: NT$200 per order via SF Express. Free shipping on orders over NT$2,500.

Delivery takes about 3–7 business days.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your region and order total.

【 FamilyMart Pickup 】

  • NT$120 shipping fee applies to orders under NT$1,500
  • Free shipping for orders over NT$1,500
  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 days

<Note> 

FamilyMart pickup must be collected within 3 days. Unclaimed parcels will be returned and reshipped with a NT$120 fee.

FamilyMart pickup is not available for offshore islands.

Coffee Stopover will never contact you via phone or SMS to request bank account, credit card, or ATM operations under any circumstance.


If you receive suspicious calls or messages, please stay alert and do not follow instructions from unknown contacts. Instead, contact us directly or call the 165 Anti-Fraud Hotline.

Be cautious of phone numbers beginning with symbols such as +, +2, or +886, and beware of number spoofing, fake identities (e.g. banks, courts), and suspicious links or LINE invites.


Common scam tactics include:

Claims of “duplicate orders” or “installment mistakes”

Urging ATM or online banking operations

If the call relates to financial issues, always contact your bank directly and never share account information.


We also recommend:

  • Changing your password regularly
  • Using strong passwords (mix of upper/lowercase letters and numbers)
  • Avoiding use of public computers for login
