退換貨政策
依《消費者保護法》,消費者享有7天鑑賞期(含例假日)之權益(收到商品後隔天起為第一天)。
鑑賞期非試用期,商品需要全新未開封,且包裝完整的狀態,才能辦理退貨退款。超過鑑賞期恕無法退貨;收到商品後如有疑慮,請儘速聯繫客服
換貨說明:
- 依食品衛生考量,外包裝一經拆封,恕無法退貨
- 退回商品須保持全新完整狀態,附贈品亦須一併退回;如贈品未退回,將影響退貨權益
- 若商品有品質瑕疵、破損或短缺,請於到貨後 3 天內 email coffeestopoverblack@gmail.com,並附照片說明,以利換貨處理
- 境外配送不提供退換貨服務,消費者須自行承擔物流風險,請留意後再下單
- 申請退換貨時請向物流人員索取運單並妥善保管,以備後續查詢
- 注意:線上僅開放全部退貨申請,退貨運費由買家負擔;如因本公司發貨錯誤所致,運費由本公司負擔

換貨條件:
- 配送過程中商品包裝毀損
- 商品本身有瑕疵或品質異常
- 收到商品與訂單內容不符

換貨流程:
- 本公司委託物流(黑貓宅急便或新竹貨運)辦理換貨
- 不含指定換貨時間及樓層配送,請客戶配合至一樓完成交換

- 對帳或退款問題請備妥訂單編號及訂購日期 email 查詢
- 故意棄單或拒收將列入黑名單,禁止再次消費

Product Return Policy
According to the Consumer Protection Act, customers are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period (including weekends and public holidays), starting from the day after the product is received.
Please note that the appreciation period is not a trial period. To be eligible for a return and refund, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original, intact packaging.
Returns will not be accepted after the 7-day period. If you have any concerns upon receiving the product, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
- Due to hygiene and safety, opened packaging cannot be returned
- Returned items must be in new, complete condition; include any free gifts; missing gifts affect eligibility
- For defects, damage, or shortages, email coffeestopoverblack@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos
- No returns or exchanges for international orders; customers assume logistical risks
- Obtain and retain courier documentation when returning for future reference
- Only full-order returns are accepted online; buyers bear return shipping costs unless the return is due to our shipping error

Exchange Conditions

Exchange Procedure
- Exchanges handled by contracted couriers (e.g., T-Cat or Hsinchu Cargo)
- No specified exchange time or upstairs delivery; please have items ready on the ground floor
